Job Summary:
Methodology IT is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher Service Coordinator to remotely manage and triage incoming support requests for our managed IT services team. This role is essential to ensuring fast accurate and professional service by prioritizing tickets assigning work to the right technicians and maintaining consistent communication with clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and triage all incoming service requests via email phone and our ticketing system (HaloPSA)
- Prioritize and categorise tickets according to impact and urgency
- Assign tickets to the appropriate technician based on skill set availability and workload
- Follow up on ticket progress to ensure timely updates and resolution
- Maintain accurate detailed documentation of tickets time entries and communications
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients regarding updates and scheduling
- Identify recurring issues and assist in documenting internal support processes and procedures

- Prior experience in a service coordination or help desk role (MSP experience a plus)

- Experience with PSA systems (HaloPSA preferred) and common IT support tools
