We are currently seeking a Lead Operator for our Dalton Georgia facility. This position will be on the 1st shift which is 7:00PM-7:30AM Monday through Thursday. Pay rate is $22.00 per hour and up depending on experience.
Job Purpose:
Responsible for overseeing the efficient and safe operation of production lines within assigned bays. This role involves assisting with changeovers ensuring cleanliness and sanitation verifying start-up procedures monitoring finished products troubleshooting/problem solving and training new employees. Safety is the top priority in all operations and procedures
