As our Telemetry Nurse at St. Johns youll put your nursing skills and knowledge to the test as you closely monitor your patients vitals like blood pressure oxygen saturation heart rhythms and respiration. Youll also put patients and their loved ones at ease by explaining test results in a way they can understand and make significant healthcare decisions. Each day youll serve as a key member of our nursing team by working with our doctors and other clinical specialists to closely observe patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. Youll build trust in these interactions by learning new concepts and applying what you know in real-time to provide solutions for real people. Your success in this role comes from your enthusiasm to provide great care learn new things and ability to communicate effectively with peers patients and patients loved ones.
In keeping with theDignity Healthcore values the Clinical Nurse III is an advance practitioner who is an expert in bedside nursing care and is also capable of directing/coaching staff in the daily operations of the nursing unit. Acts as a daily operations of the nursing unit. Acts as a mentor. Preceptor and resource of the Clinical Nurse I and II as well as other staff members. Able to provide advance consultation in patient care problems for a given patient population.
