Job Description
Staff Management Group is seeking a Production Associate for our client in East Windsor NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.
Schedule
- 2nd shift: 4PM - 12:30AM
- Monday - Friday
- Plus Overtime - Must be available to work until at least 2AM when required
Pay Rate
- $16 / hour
Job Summary
As a Production Associate in the Granulation & Encapsulation department you will assist with key stages of the manufacturing process for dietary supplements or pharmaceutical products.
Job Responsibilities
- Handling raw materials and transferring them to granulation and encapsulation machines
- Assisting machine operators by feeding materials monitoring equipment and reporting issues
- Performing routine cleaning of equipment and work areas to maintain hygiene and safety standards
- Loading and unloading products and packaging materials
- Ensuring all tasks are completed following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety guidelines
Job Requirements
- MUST be bilingual - English and Spanish
- Standing for long periods lifting and working in a fast-paced regulated production environment.
- Must pass a drug test (DT) and background check (BG)
- No beards long hair or visible tattoos (for safety and hygiene compliance)
- Interview required prior to placement
- Must complete onboarding and safety orientation before start date
- Must be available to work until at least 2:00 AM when required.
