Job Description

Redistribution Driver - Fixed Term (6 months)

Full-time:40 hours per week (start/finish times vary)
Salary: 26208 p/a

The Role

We are currently seeking a talented and versatile Redistribution Driver & Battery Swap Operator to join our team. In this role you will play a key part in supporting and maintaining Beryls Bike and E-Bike share scheme throughout Watford and Stevenage by ensuring our fleet vehicles are operational and accessible to our customers.


Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Carry out the battery swaps for our fleet of bikes and e-bikes throughout Watford;
  • Redistribute bikes and e-bikes between our workshop and the scheme whilst flagging asset issues through our integrated app;
  • Use our technology provided to plan workload and keep work records;
  • Take responsibility for the charging of our electrical assets;
  • Help to support continuous service improvements;
  • Provide general support to our customer base on-street assist with hire enquiries and provide exemplary customer service;
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Hold a full clean and valid Driving Licence;
  • Have a can-do attitude;
  • Be punctual and highly motivated;
  • Have flexibility in relation to shift allocation;
  • Confident with lone working able to work well independently;
  • Good local knowledge is an advantage.
