Nursery Practitioner Level 3 27000
Our client a warm and nurturing early years setting is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join their dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young children supporting their development in a safe creative and inclusive environment.
The Nursery Practitioner will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and education to children aged 05. Working as part of a friendly and professional team youll create fun engaging learning opportunities that support each childs individual needs interests and development stages.
What Youll Need
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (NVQ or equivalent)
- Experience working in a nursery or early years environment
- A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Strong communication skills and a friendly approachable manner
- The ability to work well in a team and build strong relationships with children and families
- A positive can-do attitude and a genuine passion for working with young children
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a safe nurturing and stimulating environment for children
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities based on the EYFS framework
- Observe and assess childrens development and keep accurate records
- Work in partnership with families to support childrens learning and wellbeing
- Maintain a clean safe and inclusive setting that promotes childrens independence
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations of the nursery
- Support the emotional physical and social development of all children
