Lead Sales Associate StretchLab Oakville ON
Location: Oakville ON (Must reside within 30 minutes of the studio)
Compensation: $20$22 per hour Uncapped Commission
Employment Type: Full-Time

What Youll Be Doing

Make 50 outbound calls daily to connect with leads and convert interest into memberships.

Drive sales through phone email and in-person consultationsturning prospects into loyal members.

Build local awareness by planning and participating in events pop-ups and business partnerships.

Manage the entire sales funnelfrom lead tracking and follow-ups to closing deals.

Be the welcoming face of the studio delivering top-notch service to every visitor.

Support daily operations such as scheduling check-ins and maintaining a polished front desk environment.

Preferred Experience

1 years in sales within fitness wellness retail or hospitality.

Background in boutique fitness or membership-based sales is a major plus.

Experience with grassroots marketing event planning or community outreach.

Familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking software is helpful though not required.
