The Role: Sales Administrator

Were on the hunt for a proactive detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our fast-paced high-performing Sales team. If you thrive in a collaborative team-first environment and have a knack for keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Provide full administrative support to our Sales teams across our group of companies
Coordinate and process sales requests accurately and promptly
Manage contract administration prepare track and file agreements
Support sales reporting content management and presentation creation
Liaise with internal departments to ensure fluid communication and workflow
Maintain up-to-date records CRM entries and inventory oversight
Organize scheduling travel and meetings for sales leadership
Support office management record keeping and reception tasks
Disseminate company announcements and updates to sales teams
Assist in campaign creation using CIF spreadsheets for RCE recovery
Audit appointments and support territory management
Collaborate on lead-generation initiatives and marketing collateral
Participate in sales training to build product knowledge and team synergy

This is a 100% onsite role ideal for individuals who thrive in an in-person collaborative work setting.
