We are currently seeking a Call-by-Call Manager to help us optimize job performance and ensure every technician visit is handled with care accuracy and maximum efficiency.

Position Overview:

The Call-by-Call Manager plays a critical role in daily operations by monitoring and managing incoming service calls dispatching technicians effectively and ensuring high levels of communication between customers field staff and office personnel. This role is central to maximizing revenue enhancing customer satisfaction and improving team productivity on a job-by-job basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage incoming plumbing service calls in real-time.

  • Dispatch technicians based on availability proximity and job priority.

  • Review job performance ticket details and pricing with technicians after each call.

  • Support technicians by providing guidance pricing assistance or decision-making during jobs.

  • Communicate with customers as needed for scheduling updates or satisfaction follow-up.

  • Track job progress materials used and technician productivity.

  • Collaborate with office staff to ensure accurate billing and customer records.

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or improve job ticket performance.

  • Maintain detailed logs and summaries of daily activity and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in dispatching call management or service coordination (plumbing or HVAC preferred).

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask and think quickly in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with plumbing terminology and basic service processes is a plus.

  • Competency in scheduling software or CRM systemsServiceTitan.

  • Problem-solving mindset and customer service focus.
