Summary:
To assist the Clinical Manager/Director in supervision of day-to-day clinical operations provide onsite support and facilitate clinical workflow activities and staff to achieve continuous and optimal patient care.

Other information:
*High school diploma or equivalent required.
*Minimum of three years working in healthcare setting required.
*Minimum of three to five years experience in a supervisory position (health-related environment or other relevant setting) preferred.
*Clinical training (MA EMT CNA etc.) preferred.
*BLS (AHA Red Cross or ASHI Healthcare Provider) required.

* High School Diploma or GED
Responsibilities:
*Provide supervision guidance and support for clinical staff.
*Facilitate communication between staff and management.
*Prepare work schedules assign personnel evaluate work performance and initiate/make recommendations for personnel actions.
*Maintain established departmental policies and procedures objectives quality assurance program safety environmental and infection control standards.
*Maintain required records and reports for Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) purposes.
*Organize direct and coordinate functions and activities in assigned areas.
*Adjust staffing to meet needs and to provide adequate coverage of clinical areas.
*Inspect areas daily for compliance with policies procedures regulations and standards and takes appropriate action when violations occur in collaboration with Clinic Manager/Director.
*If clinically trained may assist provider(s) with examinations procedures and other processes related to direct patient care as needed.
*Ensure adequate stock of supplies and proper functioning of equipment.
*Uses problem solving to recognize anticipate and resolve clinical and patient care process problems in collaboration with the Clinic Manger/Director.
*Track and report on clinical metrics and outcomes.
*Participate in recruitment hiring and onboarding of new clinical staff.
*Coordinate with other departments to ensure integrated service delivery.
*Ensure staff attend all required meetings and training in the organization and within the clinic.
*Perform other functions as required.
