Home Inspector Recruitment Ad
The Lang Team of Pillar To Post is the local Team for over 20-years. Our goal is to make the home inspection experience educational and easy for our customers. Our home inspectors use the latest innovation and technology to create customized home inspection reports and deliver them on site. We accomplish the home inspection process with quality integrity and exceptional customer service.
Our business is growing and we are offering an exciting opportunity for an aggressive self-starter who possesses dedication professionalism and true people skills. This is a fast paced business with a reputation for quality custom reports and outstanding customer service. Experience and qualifications will determine the starting Home Inspector pay.
We offercommission based on a usual week of about 7 inspections though we are seasonal with our workload
6-paid holidays
Fuel reimbursement of $0.50/mile
5 Paid Time Off (PTO) days to start. After 6-months you could earn an additional 5-days PTO
You get paid through payroll not as a sub-contractor
Job Requirements:
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE
- Strong attention to detail.
- Understand the importance of quality and consistent customer service. Must love working with people
- Professional knowledge of residential home systems and components
- Must add a resume and state in your resume your home knowledge or experience
- Membership in ASHI NAHI or CREIA required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Great listening skills
- Ability to perform sewer camera inspections
- Proficient computer skills
- Have the aptitude and mental ability to problem solve and conduct professional conversations with real estate agents and customers
- A great attitude good presence and energy
- Integrity and strong work ethic. Punctual and ability to work unsupervised
- Reliable transportation valid drivers license and insurance
- Must be willing to travel as far as Beaumont Temecula Los Angeles the High Desert and various other areas
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions climb ladders walk on roofs access crawl space enter attics as well as stand for long periods of time
- Ability to pass all employment screening and technical knowledge exam
- Required to authorize background and driving checks
- Available to work some evenings and every Saturday
