Overview of the Role:
Join our dynamic team as a Contract Analyst where youll serve as an internal consultant optimizing contractual agreements to drive maximum business value. This role offers the opportunity to impact organizational success through strategic contract management negotiation expertise and stakeholder collaboration across the complete contracting lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage stakeholders to define and enhance contract specifications and scopes of work
- Conduct comprehensive contract reviews and market research analysis
- Lead contract redlining processes in collaboration with legal partners
- Negotiate renewals amendments and terminations to optimize business value
- Analyze historical spend data to develop forecasts and identify trends
- Manage multiple concurrent project timelines and eliminate barriers
- Present complex contract information to diverse audiences
- Mitigate risks through strategic contractual protections
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited 4-year institution
- Experience in contract management procurement or supply chain management
- Previous exposure to contract legal review processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of contract terminology and best practices
- Experience managing and interpreting complex data sets
- Proven relationship-building skills with internal and external partners
- Ability to handle multiple concurrent negotiations
