Job Description
About the department:
IT Dept. is responsible for IT infrastructure and Business system such as desk help network constructure information security and sales management system etc.
Key responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze business and users requirements identify bottlenecks and advise improvement for the system of business process;
- Communicate with local business internal / external stakeholders on system Q&A providing training to key users;
- Cooperating with the EU IT and HQ IT team to carry out the planning implementation upgrading optimization and transformation of the IT Systems
- Develop and maintain local technical documentation and procedures; perform the technical evaluations and periodic exercises and new release tests.
- Understanding of the legal requirements with IT system and communicate with the Legal Department;
Your profile:
- Bachelor degree or above fluent English and Chinese speaking other European language is a plus.
- Excellent logical judgement communication and organization skills.
- 1 years of business system related work experience.
- Independent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Structured and goal oriented attitude
- Analytical curious and proactive mindset
