Job Description
Now Hiring: Industrial Painter Worcester MA
Pay: $17/hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday 6AM-2:30pm
Were seeking a detail-oriented Industrial Painter I to join our team at our Worcester MA facility. This is a great opportunity to build a career with a well-established company in a full-time second shift role.
Compensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties and certifications.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Paint parts and units to meet production and quality standards
- Hang parts and kits on the paint line in sequence according to planning and scheduling directives
- Guide the loading of products onto the paint conveyor
- Operate lift equipment and burn-off ovens
- Set up operate and maintain automatic powder booths
- Shut down paint line equipment as needed
- Inspect completed parts to ensure compliance with Worcester Plant Quality standards
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in industrial painting or manufacturing preferred
- Ability to follow directions work independently and meet production goals
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to pass a pulmonary function test (Testing is paid for by the company and completed off-site)
