Account Specialist
Location Juno Beach FL US (No Remote Work Available)
Contract Duration: 4 months
Join a revolutionary journey in residential clean energy solutions! Our client a leading platform provider in solar and storage project design financing and implementation is seeking a passionate Account Specialist to drive customer success and support the decarbonization mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary point of contact for residential solar installation companies and consumers
- Troubleshoot technical issues with proprietary software platforms and solar components
- Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels (phone email chat)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed interaction logs
- Identify process improvements and drive scalable solutions
- Work rotating shifts: 9:00AM-6:00PM and 12:00PM-9:00PM EST including possible Saturdays
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous helpdesk or software support experience (solar industry preferred)
- Strong proficiency with SaaS software platforms
- Proactive solution-oriented mindset
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Availability for rotating shift schedule
