You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailUnder the general direction of the Senior Manager of Employee Relations & Talent Acquisition the Human Resources Business Partner performs general work in key functional areas of Human Resources (HR). This role supports the HR department by processing documents maintaining personnel records and responding to employee inquiries while ensuring a high level of customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the full-cycle recruiting process
Coordinating employee engagement events
Participating in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Managing data tasks such as creating reports from the HRIS and ensuring data integrity within the applicant tracking system
Experience in general Human Resources functions including recruiting and employee relations
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion
Customer-service oriented mindset
Experience supporting employee engagement activities is a plus
