Could you be the full-time Procure to Pay Analyst in Cluj-Napoca were looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your curiosity and learning drive in a new cutting-edge field. Youll report to Diaconu Cosmina Ionela(Procure to Pay Operations Lead Cluj-Napoca) and work alongside young motivated united and funny teammates.
Youll be one of the spinning wheels that contributes to the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (procurement local organization general ledger and closing HR) processing documents solving inquires and much more.
Youll specifically take care of delivering periodic accounts payable activities and resolving daily accounts payable complex exceptions but also coordinate performance of Service Delivery teams.
Well look to you for:
- Resolving rejected transactions according to the level of errors;
- Ensuring accuracy of transactions captured;
- Ensuring traceability of transactions performed;
- Solving all exceptions and inquiries;
- Review accounts payable reconciliations;
- Coordinate and communicate performance of all focus teams.

- Degree in Accounting or Economic field;
- Experience in an Accounts Payable department (at least 1 year);
- Knowledge of accounts payable process;
- Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office tools;
- Good English skills in writing speaking and listening.
