Location: Lisbon Portugal (on-site only)
Language Requirements: English (C1 only)
Contract Type: Full-time 12-month renewable (option for permanent contract)
Relocation Support: Available for international candidates

This is an on-site role in Lisbon where youll collaborate with diverse professionals learn fast and grow in a supportive environment.
What Youll Be Doing
- Manage and grow B2B client portfolios via phone email or chat
- Provide smart advertising or marketing solutions tailored to business goals
- Onboard new advertisers or upsell services to existing users
- Build solid customer relationships and overcome objections with ease
- Work with performance goals and contribute to a high-impact team
What Were Looking For
- English fluency at C1 level or higher - thats the only language requirement
- Experience in sales marketing or customer support is a plus not a must
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and engaging new people
- Motivated adaptable and eager to learn
- Must have EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
What Youll Get
- Full training program (2 to 4 weeks depending on the project)
- 12-month renewable contract; permanent after 2 years
- Monthly bonus based on performance (up to EUR 300 or EUR 900 quarterly)
