In this role youll support and manage brand experience projects especially those focused on in-store activations and consumer touchpoints. Youll work closely with both internal and external teams to make sure everything runs smoothly from the initial brief to the final delivery. This is a great opportunity for someone whos already got a few years of project management experience from an agency environment and who wants to grow in a creative fast-paced setting. Experience working with events or trade shows is a big plus!
About the Role:
Youll be part of a collaborative team responsible for delivering brand activation projects with a strong focus on retail marketing in-store campaigns and physical productions. Youll be involved in everything from planning timelines and organizing resources to making sure communication flows between clients creatives producers and vendors. This is a hands-on role where your organizational skills and proactive mindset will make a real impact.
Main Responsibilities:
Support and manage end-to-end brand activation projects with focus on retail environments.
Coordinate project timelines budgets and team resources.
Collaborate with internal teams (creative production logistics) and external partners.
Assist with staffing and implementation of in-store events samplings and launches.
Ensure clear and proactive communication across all project phases.
Contribute to physical production planning and follow-ups.
Key Requirements:
3 years of project management experience within an agency setting or as a freelancer (required).
Previous experience in brand activation retail marketing or related creative projects.
Experience working with events trade shows or experiential marketing is a strong plus.
Good understanding of project workflows timelines and production coordination.
Structured detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
Confident communicator in both English and Swedish (spoken and written).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

Employment: Full-time. Ongoing position with an initial six-month probationary period.
