Prepare a list of vacant positions in coordination with Sr HR Executives.
Facilitate in preparation of Job Advertisements; coordinate with the Admin and Logistics Officer for advertisement of jobs in Newspapers.
Facilitate Unit Head Recruitment & Training in the longlisting of applicants. Maintain a CV database of all applicants
Ensure that all newly hired staff are informed of their induction training. Collect training activity forms from the Sr HR Executive for sign-off of the Unit Head Recruitment & Training. Adherence to policies and procedures
Keep a record of reserved individuals after recruitments. Share test papers with Sr HR Executives as per the approved plan
Ensure execution of approved hiring plan in coordination with Sr. HR Executives and Admin & Logistics Officer.
