Job Description
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in Machine Learning Reinforcement Learning or Agent-Based Systems.
- Hands-on experience with Predictive Modeling Time-Series Forecasting or State Estimation in operationally critical platforms.
- Strong programming skills in Python with experience in PyTorch TensorFlow or JAX.
- Familiarity with graph-based learning RLHF or autonomous reasoning frameworks.
- Experience deploying models in production-grade environments ensuring traceability resilience and security.
- Prior work on AI-driven workflow orchestration risk mitigation or process optimization systems.
- Exposure to ISO-compliant auditable or security-sensitive AI applications.
- Understanding of data governance AI explainability and model lifecycle management in enterprise contexts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop AI agents capable of autonomously executing tasks providing intelligent recommendations and interacting with users across complex operational scenarios.
- Build predictive models leveraging time-series relational and contextual data to anticipate system states user behavior and performance trends.
- Implement frameworks for multi-agent collaboration goal-driven task execution and environment-aware adaptations.
- Apply anomaly detection clustering and causal inference techniques to surface insights and drive proactive responses.
- Architect data pipelines and real-time inference engines to support high-frequency decision loops and AI-based alerting mechanisms.
