The Manager - HR Operations at Axiata Digital Labs (ADL) Responsible for leading and managing the full spectrum of HR operational activities including onboarding offboarding employee documentation compliance and audit functions. This role also plays a key part in driving HR automation and digital transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency accuracy and employee experience. The incumbent will drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in HR processes to support ADLs strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
HR Operations Management
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee HR operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of HR services.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR operations and service delivery.
- Compliance: Ensure all HR operations comply with legal regulatory and company policies.
- Onboarding: Lead and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires aligning with organizational culture and compliance standards and ensure timely and accurate completion of employee documentation and induction formalities.
- Offboarding and Exit Management: Manage and streamline the offboarding process ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements and oversee the issuance of exit-related documentation and ensure timely closure of all formalities.
- Background Verification: Accountable to ensure background checks are carried out in line with company policies.
Data Management
- Data Management: Ensure accurate employee data management and reporting.
- Data Integrity: Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of employee data.
- Information Security: Ensure strict adherence to company policies on information security and data protection.
Employee Records and Documentation
- Employee Correspondences: Supervise the preparation and issuance of employee letters and official correspondences within defined SLAs.
- Record Keeping: Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of employee records and HR documentation.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze HR reports to provide insights for decision-making and strategic planning.
- Audit Preparation: Prepare and support internal and external audits related to HR operations while leading periodic audits of personal files and HR documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Compliance: Collaborate with internal and external auditors during compliance reviews and ensure the HR Operations are complied with the required standards.
HR Automation & Digitalization
- Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of HR systems and digital tools to streamline HR processes.
- Identify opportunities for automation in routine HR tasks and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT and HRIS teams to ensure system integrity data accuracy and user adoption.
- Monitor and report on key HR operational metrics using digital dashboards and analytics tools.
Education and Experience
- Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. A Masters degree or MBA is highly preferred.
- Experience: 5 - 8 years of progressive HR experience with a minimum of 3 years in HR operations roles preferably in IT services industry.
