Job Title: Oracle ECM Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking an Oracle ECM Specialist with a deep expertise in the installation configuration and upgrade of Enterprise Content Management systems. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Oracle ECM UCM WFR IPM and WebLogic Server and have experience working with both Windows and Linux server environments. This role involves troubleshooting performance and storage issues optimizing database performance and providing customized solutions in WFR and Oracle Capture solutions to meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the installation configuration and upgrade processes of Oracle ECM systems to ensure optimal performance and integration.
- Provide in-depth technical expertise in Oracle UCM WFR ECM and IPM managing middleware through Oracle WebLogic Server.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Windows and Linux server environments to maintain system availability and performance.
- Optimize database performance related to ECM applications addressing any storage-related challenges.
- Develop and implement customized solutions in WFR and Oracle Capture based on specific business requirements.
- Work on integrating ECM applications with service-oriented architecture (SOA) and other third-party applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ECM solutions with business goals and processes.
- Document processes and provide user training to ensure efficient system utilization.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in the installation configuration and upgrade of Oracle ECM systems.
- Strong technical expertise in Oracle ECM UCM WFR IPM and WebLogic Server.
