Job Description for the position for Executive-- Electrical
Education Qualification:
1. B.E/Diploma. in Electrical & Electronics or Electronics with 3-8 years of experience in machine tools industry/Automation Industry.
Knowledge and of experience:
Working knowledge and exposure to CNC machine tool with Fanuc/Siemens and PLCs
Thorough Knowledge on Electrical hardware for automation/CNC machines like CNC systems Electrical switchgears Etc
Should have knowledge about inventory management of Electrical items
Basic understanding of Mechanical drawings like Machine Layout cabinet layout etc
Thorough understanding of Electrical wiring as per industry standards.
Exposure to SAP- ERP system will be a added advantage
Good communication and analytical skills since he/she will be interacting with vendors/customers.
Job Responsibility:
- To Manage Electrical Hardware wiring of the machines.
- Follow up of electrical items.
- To ensure day-to-day operations of Electrical assembly /interfacing of machines including resource allocation and workflow management to meet the production targets.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all manufacturing personnel. Implement safety protocols.
- Plans and manages the overall production activities of Electrical department with compliance to safety standards
