YOUR TEAM
The Implementation & Activation (I&A) team is a dynamic collaborative group responsible for delivering best-in-class planning and activation across traditional media channels. Fully embedded within client teams we work closely with stakeholders to bring campaigns to life from offline and digital media to sponsorships and analytics.
This particular team do a lot of OOH and quite a few content partnerships. We have a pretty informal yet very collaborative culture with regular daily check-ins/standups and a broader internal team WIP every Monday.
We have found a great balance of embracing flexible working whilst also maintaining in office collaboration with most teams meeting in the office 3 days per week.

Location: Sydney
The Investment Manager (aka Implementation & Activation Manager) is a critical role over-seeing activation of client campaigns to ensure best-in-class delivery for clients consistently whilst also shaping effective efficient creative and future facing implementation plans and media schedules for clients to deliver business growth.
As a Manager you are responsible for supervising elements of team workload to ensure client demands are met and ensure a high level of effective collaboration between team members and key stakeholders.
YOUR IDEAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • If youre a Snr Executive / Associate Manager with strong planning skills and great media partner relationships who is ready to step up and take on an exciting new challenge we may be able to accommodate you.
  • You will thrive in this role if youre an existing Manager looking for a change especially if youve had exposure to alcohol or health supplement brands.
  • You do quality BAU spots and dots planning buying and reporting in core channels but also help think beyond cookie cutter responses to ensure our brands stand out in a very cluttered category.
  • You will add extra value to the team if you can help manage the day-to-day and take pressure off the GID.
