The ManagerEngineering supervises and provides technical direction to one or more implementation teams made up of software and test engineers.
WHAT YOULL BE DOING:
- Designing building and releasingsoftware features and bug fixes for the Relias platform as a senior engineer developer.
- Leading and growing a team of software engineers in an Agile environment
- Recommending strategies for complex technical problems
- Developing domain and technology knowledge including services methodologies strategies standards tools and best practices for development processes.
- Acting as an agile delivery lead and actively participatingin backlog management sprint planning feature refinement agile
YOUVE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
- 3 years leading mentoring and developing technical talent
- 7 years experience in software development
- 2 - 5 years of .NET Core C#
- 1 years of SQL Server
- Experience with Web Forms
- Experience with Agile methodology and SDLC
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- AZ 900 Certification and AZ204 Certification
- Hands-on experience with system design service-oriented architecture and microservices
- Strong understanding of the following technologies
- Object Oriented languages such as C# or Java
- HTML CSS JavaScript Typescript and Angular
- SQL Server or other relational databases
- Public cloud-hosted solutions like Azure AWS GCP
- Experience leading engineering teams and delivering using an agile methodology
- Demonstratedcompetence in problem-solving time management and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to mentor and grow a team of software engineers
IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAVE:
- 1 years of using a modern Front End frameworks (Angular React Svelte etc.)
- Experience with CI/CD DevOps
- Experience with Microsoft Azure

IN OFFICE REQUIREMENT:
Relias values collaboration and wants to ensure that our team members have opportunities to work with their teams regularly for professional development opportunities. Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina within a commutable distance to our office (1-hour commute). You would be expected to work in our Morrisville NC Headquarters approximately 30/40 days/quarter.
