Now Hiring: Carpenter Foreman Large Commercial Projects
Location: Albany NY $62000$75000/year
Cedar Park Group is currently seeking an experienced Carpenter Foreman to lead crews on large-scale commercial construction projects in Albany NY. This role requires a highly skilled individual with a strong background in commercial carpentry job site leadership and coordination with multiple trades.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in finish carpentry cabinetry tile work and basic MEP (mechanical electrical plumbing) tasks along with excellent communication and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of carpenters and laborers on large commercial job sites.

Perform and oversee tasks including commercial-grade finish carpentry millwork cabinetry tile installation and fixture installation.

Execute basic plumbing and electrical work as needed for project support.

Coordinate with site supervisors project managers and subcontractors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and commercial building codes
Requirements:

10 years of professional carpentry experience with a focus on large commercial projects.

Strong working knowledge of finish carpentry cabinetry tile installation and basic MEP systems.

Proven ability to lead crews and manage site workflow efficiently.

OSHA 10 (minimum); OSHA 30 preferred.

Ability to read and interpret commercial construction blueprints and specifications.
