WHAT CAN RELIAS OFFER YOU
The Renewal Manager proactively manages renewals for assigned accounts with a focus on retention and growth. Youll play a vital part in our core business strategy by establishing customer relationships and maximizing revenue.
WHAT YOULL BE DOING:
Serve as the primary contact for renewal-related discussions.
Build and leverage customer relationships for retention.
Manage renewals negotiate contracts and develop territory plans.
Respond to inquiries upsell and optimize customer packages.
Maximize account pricing usage and contract standardization.
Identify service issues facilitate renegotiations and coordinate sales documentation.
Independently manage time for valuable client interactions.
Collaborate with the entire account team.
Proactively mitigate risks and document opportunities.
Utilize technology for remote presentations.
Manage opportunity pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.
YOUVE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in technology ( Gong PowerPoint Excel MS Teams).
Excellent organization time management and self-initiative.
Continuous learning mindset and adaptability.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ambitious team-oriented and client-focused.
Ability to manage challenging client situations.
2-3 years Renewal or Account Management experience in a SaaS sales environment
Experience forecasting renewals
Bachelors Degree

IN OFFICE REQUIREMENT:
Relias values collaboration and wants to ensure that our team members have opportunities to work with their teams regularly for professional development opportunities. Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina within a commutable distance to our office (1-hour commute). You would be expected to work in our Morrisville NC Headquarters approximately 30 days/quarter.
