Clinical Support Associate II Urgent Care Big Bend Rd
Location: Waukesha South Clinic
FTE: Full Time with Benefits 1.0 FTE
Schedule:
Week 1: Mon 1:45pm8:15pm Tues & Fri 7:45am8:15pm
Week 2: Mon 7:45am2:15pm Wed & Thurs 7:45am8:15pm
Includes every other weekend and holiday rotation

Join our Urgent Care team at ProHealth Cares Waukesha South Clinic where every shift brings purpose. As a Clinical Support Associate youll be an essential part of the care teamsupporting patients during moments of uncertainty and urgency with compassion and clinical excellence.

Welcome and room patients while collecting vitals and clinical history
Support providers by accurately documenting in Epic
Assist with procedures and ensure efficient patient flow
Communicate with care teams and patients to keep visits smooth and informed
Deliver care with heart in a fast-moving team-oriented environment

Additional Requirements
Certifications or Licenses
- BLS / CPR
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Completion of Medical Assistant EMT LPN or other equivalent clinical training program
Experience
- 1 to 3 years preferred
What You Will Do:
Provides direct care to patients under the supervision and delegation of the Nurse Practitioner Physician Assistant or Physician within ProHealth Medical Group. Provides care in partnership with the patient and their family with the goal of supporting an optimal healing community.
- Support ProHealth Cares Mission Vision and Values while adhering to the ProHealth Experience customer service goals.
- Efficiently prepare exam rooms by setting up proper equipment and supplies following standard rooming workflows to prepare patients for provider exams obtaining vital signs health history verification and ensuring accurate documentation in the EMR
- Clean exam rooms after each patient visit and maintain sufficient stock of supplies.
- Answer patient calls obtain medical information report test results administer medications and vaccinations prepare sterile fields and assist with procedures as directed by providers.
- Perform therapeutic treatments health screenings specimen collection Point of Care testing and assist with splints or wound care under supervision.
- Respond to urgent situations call for clinical assistance as needed and assist in maintaining clinic medications vaccinations supplies and equipment.
- Float to other departments or clinic locations as assigned by PHMG Leadership.
What you will Need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Completion of Medical Assistant EMT LPN or other equivalent clinical training program
