CORE RESPONSIBILITES:
Develop and maintain Grafana dashboards to visualize key network KPIs alerts and AI-powered insights
Assist in Cisco ThousandEyes configuration including endpoint agents network probes and custom test setup
Work alongside senior engineers to support network analytics and monitoring automation use cases
Contribute to AIOps initiatives that use telemetry and ML models to predict and prevent disruptions
Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge base and runbooks
QUALIFICATIONS:
Enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in Computer Science Network Engineering or related field
Strong interest in network management observability platforms and data visualization
Familiarity with Grafana Prometheus or similar tools a plus
Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS routing SNMP etc.)
Some exposure to Python or scripting languages is a plus
Eagerness to learn contribute ideas and explore new technologies like AI in network ops
