Minimum qualifications/Skills
Industry Knowledge & Technical Expertise
Understanding of London Market Processes(Underwriting Claims Policy Administration Delegated Authority)
Knowledge of Lloyds & Company Market Operations
Familiarity with Regulatory & Compliance Requirements(FCA PRA Lloyds Minimum Standards)
Experience with Insurance Market Systems(PPL LIMOSS DXCs Bureau Services ECF IMR)
Reinsurance & Broker Interaction Knowledge
Training & Facilitation Skills
Instructional Design & Curriculum Development
Ability to Simplify Complex Topics
Engaging Presentation & Communication Skills
Virtual & In-Person Training Delivery
Coaching & Mentoring Capabilities
