Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and well-organizedOffice Coordinator cum Operations Executiveto manage office activities handle incoming calls and leads coordinate internal communication and support our social media presence. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills a basic understanding of digital marketing and the ability to handle both administrative and client-facing tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Operations
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
- Present and explain Braingurus services (Digital Marketing IVR Real Estate Solutions) to prospects and clients.
- Handle client queries and ensure prompt resolution or escalation.
- Follow up on leads through CRM and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in lead qualification and conversion tracking.
Office Administration
- Maintain office supplies coordinate with vendors and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support HR and admin functions (documentation onboarding filing etc.).
- Manage appointments meetings and schedules for senior staff.
Social Media & Online Engagement
- Assist in creating and posting content on company social media channels (Facebook LinkedIn Instagram etc.).
- Monitor basic engagement metrics and respond to online queries/comments as needed.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign scheduling and updates.
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads calls and follow-ups.
- Liaise between departments to ensure timely execution of internal requests and client needs.
- Help organize team events or internal office communications.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree (any discipline; marketing or business preferred).
- 13 years of relevant experience in customer service operations or office coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and basic office software (MS Office Google Workspace).
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media tools is a plus.
- Customer-first attitude and a professional demeanor.
