Key responsibilities of the Learning Support/Pastoral Admin role:
Delivering 1:1 and small group support to students with SEND
Supporting wider pastoral care and emotional development
Collaborating with teachers to encourage inclusive classroom practices
Using creative strategies to engage and build student confidence
Assisting with lesson delivery and pastoral documentation
Building strong relationships with staff students and families
Playing a key role in a school that values student voice expression and wellbeing
Supporting whole-school wellbeing initiatives and behaviour strategies

The ideal Learning Support/Pastoral Admin candidate will have a strong academic background experience in Drama or creative subjects and a passion for supporting young people.
