Within the Internal Audit Department of the Group a true talent pool for Finance roles within the Group in France and abroad you will contribute to evaluating the relevance and effectiveness of the internal control system and risk management across all the Groups activities on a global geographical scope including commercial entities and factories and covering the main operational processes of the Group.

Your missions:

• Conduct internal audit missions (approximately 8 to 10 missions per year and per auditor) as a mission manager (supervising one or more people)
• Assess the various processes of the audited entity by identifying uncovered risk areas and recommending improvement measures
• Validate these findings and actions with the audited sites manager/director
• Verify the reliability and traceability of the produced information (accounting financial management...)
• Write and distribute the summary report of the mission
• Participate in summary meetings
• Follow up on the implementation by the audited entity of the defined action plans
• Ensure understanding proper comprehension and application of the Groups framework
• Contribute to spreading best practices within the Group
• Promote Internal Audit as a value-creating partner for the Group

Your profile:

• Graduated from a business school or an engineering school you have gained a mixed experience of about 5 to 8 years within an external audit firm (such as the Big 4) and/or an internal audit department and/or management control of a large industrial group.
• You have a very good understanding of current audit internal control and risk management issues and have thus developed professional knowledge of audit standards and methodologies.
• Strong analytical organizational and time management skills.
• Good knowledge of the SAP environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Possess good interpersonal skills and natural leadership (ability to interact with all levels of the organization in a manner that is sensitive tactful and professional).
• You are geographically mobile and frequent travel is to be expected.
• You speak French and English fluently.
