We are seeking a highly skilled and drivenSenior Solution Sales Executiveto join ourSAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)team in Spain (Madrid or Barcelona). This role is ideal for a seasoned sales leader who thrives in fast-paced high-growth environments and understands the unique demands of the Spanish enterprise and startup ecosystem. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth forging strategic relationships and generating robust pipeline opportunities within your territory.

What You Will Do

As aSenior Solution Sales Executive BTP you will be responsible for executing a territory strategy that accelerates revenue growth and ensures strong market penetration. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Revenue Growth:Identify qualify and close high-value opportunities while executing a results-driven sales strategy aligned with the Spanishtech landscape.
  • Territory Development:Create and implement a comprehensive opportunity plan that effectively articulates SAP BTPs unique value proposition to enterprises scale-ups and digital-native businesses.
  • Executive Engagement:Build strong relationships withC-level executives CTOs and innovation leadersto drive business transformation using SAP BTP solutions.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance pipeline generation and streamline deal closures.
  • Account Planning:Leverage theValue Added Team (VAT)to develop targeted strategies for key accounts ensuring successful adoption and long-term value realization.
  • Sales Cycle Management:Proactively manage complex sales cycles from initial engagement to negotiation and closure ensuringhigh win rates in competitive scenarios.
  • Market Expansion:Lead initiatives that drive market share growth focusing oncloud adoption AI-driven analytics and seamless data integration.
  • Sales Best Practices:Implement and refinebest-in-class sales methodologiestailored to the Spanish market ensuring consistent and repeatable success across enterprise and startup clients.

What You Bring

  • Industry Expertise:Minimum of10 yearsof sales experience inbusiness software and IT solutions with at least5 years specializing in database management data integration AI solutions and cloud-native application development.
  • Strong Network:Deep understanding of Spainstech ecosystem including keyVC-backed startups unicorns and large enterprises.
  • Executive Sales Skills:Proven ability to sell toCXOs IT leaders and digital transformation teams with a strong track record of managing large strategic accounts.
  • Achievement Orientation:Consistent overachievement of sales quotas and ability to drive new business opportunities in competitive fast-moving markets.
  • Fluency in Spanishand English:Strong communication and negotiation skills in both languages.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelors degreein Business Engineering Technology or a related field.
  • Sales certifications such asChallenger Training SPIN Selling Sandler Training and relevantcloud AI or data platform certificationsare a plus.
