Heres the deal: Sales is the heart and soul of this role. You will be a driving force responsible for aggressive selling team support and contributing to the rapid growth and success of the Moncton branch.

Own your sales targets and exceed them. You are here to win and we will give you the tools to do it.
Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team that trusts your direction and feeds off your energy.
Inventory management and customer service strategy. Keep our inventory running smoothly and help create a customer experience people talk about.
Keep the showroom sharp and the team motivated energy matters and you set the tone.
Collaborate and strategies with leadership to fine-tune sales strategy and keep performance on point.
Work side-by-side with the Branch Manager stepping up as a true leader-in-training.
