In this rewarding role you will oversee the daily care and well-being of young people in our residential care homes guiding and supporting a team of Residential Carers. As a key member of our Out of Home Care Program youll work closely with the Residential Care Coordinator to ensure that every day is filled with growth stability and positive development for the young people in our care.
Your mission will be to foster a safe healthy and harmonious home environment through exceptional leadership the application of therapeutic care techniques and inspiring role modelling. This role isnt just about overseeing care its about creating a place where young people can thrive build confidence and reach their full potential.

This is a Permanent Full-time (38 hours per week) opportunity based in Geelong (Barwon region) within our Out of Home Care Program. The position reports to the Residential Care Coordinator.
