You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailPerform various administrative duties to process shop invoices and maintain shop inventory in an efficient and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Process all invoices and purchase orders for shop materials equipment and vehicles.
Maintain shop inventory.
Process all repair orders in a timely manner.
Handle all expense records for installations containers and rolling stock.
Answer telephone calls in a courteous and businesslike manner.
Assist with Accounts Payable.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of basic computer skills required.
Organization and data entry skills.
Physical/Mental Demands:
Ability to stand sit walk talk hear and use hands and fingers.
Visual Requirements: include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Working Conditions:
Work in front of computer terminal 90% of the time.
Noise level is moderate.
Work in indoor office environment 95% of the time.
