The primary responsibilities of a Post Closing Analyst is to research analyze and resolve issues related to certain file documentation or the recorded security instrument and title policy.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed both major and minor which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

1. Act as a liaison between Correspondent Lenders and Settlement Agents to collect final collateral documents.

2. Independently resolve missing document and/or broken condition pipeline in the loan origination system to ensure SLA for initial touch and reoccurring follow ups are met.
3. Facilitate communication with borrowers settlement agents and originating branches to resolve document defects

4. Generate corrected documents (i.e. complex loan execution document trust notes) for distribution to borrowers and/or settlement agents
5. Perform internal quality control reviews on distributed documents prior to distribution
6. Perform quality reviews on the re-executed documents prior to marking the document as cured
7. Collaborate with legal on complex conditions (i.e. trust loans notes issues reformations modifications and release issues)
8. Maintain positive working relationships between peers and managers as well as Correspondent Lenders Settlement Agents and other internal partners.
9. Meet / exceed monthly performance metrics (production / quality)

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

Three to five years of mortgage loan experience
1. Strong understanding of mortgage documentation including collateral documents
2. Ability to support multiple tasks with varying levels of complexity importance and involvement
3. Excellent interpersonal analytical and problem-solving skills
4 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Detail-oriented motivated and function well in a team environment
6. Must exhibit a keen attention to detail and the ability to quickly comprehend information
7. Time management: Ability to work independently / prioritize workload
8. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products
