Pay Range: $22 $28 per hour (Based on Experience)

LK Jordan is hiring an experienced CNC Plate Roll and Press Brake Operator for a manufacturing client located in the Northwest Houston area. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in precision forming and fabrication. Responsibilities:
Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to form material to exact specifications using CNC Press Brake and Plate Rolling machinery.
Safely set up and operate machines such as AccurPress Cincinnati Press Davi and Faccin rolls.
Fabricate components including cylinders half-cylinders cones and weld pads within required tolerances.
Use sweeps and measuring tools to calculate and verify bend radii and rolling accuracy.
Perform tack welding using flux-core and hardwire methods on both carbon and stainless materials.
Support or complete part layout and setup under direction of the Area Lead or Production Manager.
Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move materials to and from machinery.
Conduct dimensional inspections (OD length width height and angle) and document results on work orders for QC validation.
Complete routine maintenance tasks as scheduled.
Adhere strictly to all safety standards and participate actively in safety initiatives.
Understand and follow work orders and customer specifications for production and packaging.
Report defective materials or machine issues and assist in resolving them.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
3 years of hands-on experience operating press brakes or plate rolling equipment preferred.
Ability to read and interpret detailed fabrication blueprints.
Familiarity with forming processes for different materials and shapes.
Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes is required.
Skilled in using calipers tape measures radius sweeps and angle finders.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and efficiently on assigned tasks.
Basic computer literacy and ability to document production data.
Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
