Could you be the full-time onsite Installation Supervisor in Roma Italy were looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside innovative diligent and collaborative teammates. Youll ensure the efficient preparation and monitoring of the Installation works as outlined in the Project Installation Management Plan. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering Test & Commissioning Health & Safety) managing and organizing the installation team/activities and/or subcontractors and much more.
Well look to you for:
Supervising on-site activities to ensure compliance with the Project Installation Management Plan
Ensuring that all installation activities comply with health and safety regulations and company standards
Coordinating with cross-functional teams to align installation activities with overall project timelines
Managing and organizing subcontractors to maintain high levels of productivity and quality

Experience or understanding of project management principles and practices
Knowledge of railway signaling systems and their installation
Familiarity with Health & Safety regulations and compliance in an engineering environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and interact with stakeholders
Proven ability to plan and schedule complex activities
Availability to work on field for major part of the work-time (90%).
