You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailFreaks 4U Gaming is looking for experienced and strategically minded Senior Publisher Relations Managers to grow and strengthen our relationships with selected international game publishers. In this role you will oversee key partnerships develop sustainable business strategies and support the execution of complex projects in the gaming and esports space. Youll ensure that our services from agency offerings to production capabilities are applied effectively and marketed with purpose. With a strong focus on client needs quality budgets and timelines youll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders. This position is based on-site at our Berlin-Spandau headquarters.
Your responsibilities:
Building and maintaining strong client relationships at executive level
Owning the full sales cycle and identifying up-selling opportunities
Creating internal and external campaign briefings to ensure seamless execution by internal departments
Leading complex contract negotiations and ensuring compliance with current legal standards
Developing and implementing client strategies that align with company objectives
Required qualifications:
Several years of experience in client services ideally within an agency environment
Strong sales instincts and a proven track record in closing and expanding client partnerships
Excellent communication skills and the ability to independently lead project teams
A deep passion for gaming across various genres knowledge of the industry is essential as we work with some of the biggest publishers in the market
Fluency in both German and English
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in selling agency services tailored to client needs
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite CRM systems and project management tools
