HCRS is a team of committed providers and business leaders passionate about transforming the lives of those at risk. We build and lead integrated multi-disciplinary clinical teams to provide support to clients and currently serve over 4000 patients inmultiplelocations.We strive for excellence and have achieved significant and measurable improvement in clinical outcomes.

To be successful in this role you will have:
- A high school diploma or GED Bachelors degree is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Supervisory skills and ability to lead a team
- A valid drivers license insurance and reliable vehicle
