Could you be the full-time onsite Project Change and Configuration Manager in Vasteras SE were looking for

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your change and configuration management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside innovative dedicated and collaborative teammates. Youll lead the charge in maintaining the integrity of project structures through effective Change & Configuration management. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (Project Management Engineering Quality Assurance) issue and monitor action plans for Change Orders and much more.

Well look to you for:

• Implementing and leading the configuration and change management process in collaboration with the Project Manager and Project Engineer

• Collecting Quality Cost Delivery impacts of project changes

• Issuing the configuration and change management plan

• Ensuring all team members understand and apply the rules defined in the Documentation Management Plans (DMP)

• Managing documentation requirements from the Customer

• Organizing and managing project evolutions through structured change activities

• Degree in Engineering Business Administration or a related field

• Experience or understanding of project management principles and practices

• Familiarity with documentation management systems and best practices

• Knowledge of change & configuration processes in a project environment

• Proven track record of adaptability in dynamic project settings

• Resilience and leadership skills to drive project success

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• English & Swedish ( high level of proficiency)
