Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Rotocure Operator to join our team at our Medak location. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in rubber processing and machine operation. As a Rotocure Operator you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our rotocure machines contributing to our production efficiency and quality standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in machine operation with hands-on experience in the field of rubber processing especially with rotocure machines (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in rotocure machine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime (Mandatory skill).
- Strong understanding and implementation of quality control measures to maintain high product standards.
- Knowledge of safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all employees.
- Capability in mechanical troubleshooting to quickly address and resolve equipment issues.
- Ability to enhance production efficiency by optimizing machine settings and workflows.
- Experience in industrial manufacturing processes with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Must have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor rotocure machines to ensure proper curing of rubber products as per specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machines to prevent unforeseen breakdowns.
- Implement quality control procedures to guarantee that all products meet the required standards and specifications.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with the production team to optimize machine settings for maximum efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential mechanical issues and address them proactively.
- Document and report on machine performance maintenance schedules and production statistics.
- Assist in training and guiding junior operators to help them understand rotocure machine operations.
