Role Summary:
As a Sr. Data Operations Support Analyst you will ensure the accuracy and reliability of the organizations data assets which are critical for operational success and decision-making. You will perform sophisticated data validation and cleansing activities utilizing advanced tools to maintain high data quality standards. Your role includes developing and maintaining comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics providing insights that drive business strategy and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Validation and Cleansing:
- Perform regular data validation and cleansing activities to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
- Identify and correct data discrepancies using advanced data management tools.
2. Operational Workflow Support:
- Support operational workflows by troubleshooting data issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance workflow efficiency.
3. Reporting and Metrics Development:
- Develop and maintain reports to track data quality metrics and operational performance.
- Provide data-driven insights to support business decision-making.
4. Process Improvement Initiatives:
- Identify areas for improvement within data operations processes and recommend solutions.
- Participate in process optimization projects to enhance data operations efficiency.
5. Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users on data management practices and tools.
Mandatory Skills:
