Are you a friendly and organized individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service Foxhills Collection is currently seeking a dynamic Receptionist to join our team at our prestigious establishment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Manage phone calls and correspondence in a professional manner
- Assist guests with inquiries reservations and requests
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing data entry and scheduling
- Fill in for night shift cover if needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
