About the Role
As a Senior Financial Analyst Real Estate FP&A youll serve as a key business partner to our Real Estate team. Your role will provide financial expertise strategic insights and hands-on support across a range of initiativesfrom property investments and divestments to state-of-the-art tenant projects. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of real estate strategy and financial leadership.

Youll play a critical role in shaping Bauers real estate portfolio and contributing to projects that directly influence how we worksupporting modern efficient and inspiring office environments that reflect our future vision.

What youll do

• Partner with the Real Estate team to assess investments and divestments
• Prepare business cases and financial models to guide strategic decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Real Estate Tax and other functions
• Analyze valuation reports purchase price data and financial forecasts
• Support Executive Board decision proposals with sharp financial analysis
• Lead scenario modeling to identify risks and opportunities
• Manage real estate-related forecasts budgets and strategic planning cycles
• Drive process improvements and contribute to special FP&A projects

What youll bring

• Exstensive FP&A or real estate finance experience
• Bachelors in Finance Accounting or related field (MBA a plus)
• Advanced Excel modeling skills; familiarity with valuation methods
• Understanding of real estate lifecycle (acquisitions divestments etc.)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Confidence in presenting insights to senior stakeholders
• Tools: Power BI Tableau Hyperion/Essbase (desirable)
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
