C2seeks anAir to Air Subject Matter Expertto support the Air National Guard (ANG) Operational Training Support (OTS) contract located in Des Moines IA. Summary The Air to Air Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting the Air National Guard (ANG) Operational Training Support (OTS). The location will be the Distributed Training Operations Center (DTOC) ANG Operating Location in Duluth MN. The qualified candidate will support daily Distributed Training Operations Support to include; Distributed Mission Operations (DMO) event preparation/execution/debrief scheduled academics and academic program support scheduled meetings scheduled training self-study MPC support modeling and simulation (M&S) support and other Operational Testing Training Infrastructure (OTTI) support defined by the Government. Responsibilities Duties include but are not limited to: - All aspects of Air-to-air (A/A) fighter mission planning and executionof all A/A aspects of Event Control Center(ECC) operations.
- Oversee all A/A centric DMO missions that the DTOC produces.
- Participate as Event Controller for multiple DMO event types while maintaining focus on A/A events to include:
- Conduct mission briefing execution and debriefing and post mission documentation
- Provide A/A expertisein support of DTOC mission planning cell to include:
- Create scenarios within Environment Generator software(NGTS XCITE etc)
- Coordinate with NCC personnelfor ECC set-up
- Troubleshoot operationsrelated soware and hardware issue
- Support DMO meetingsas DTOC A/A Fighter SME.
- Advise DTOCLeadership on DMO event and A/A operationsrelated issues.
Requirements - 10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in relatedfield; 8 years relevantexperience with Masters inrelated field; or High School Diploma or equivalentand 14 years relevant experience.
- Current or previous fighter aircraft pilot with a minimumthree (3) years experience
- Secret Clearance with abilityto upgrade to TS/SCI and SAP/SAR
Preferred Requirements - Mission Commander Instructor Pilotor Evaluator Pilot
- Air Force Weapons School Instructor Course Graduate instructor pilot
- Three (3) years experience conducting events in a robust DMO environment (Simulator experience considered)
