Role Summary
- We are seeking askilled and proactive Manufacturing Engineerto join our dynamic team. In this role you will be instrumental in driving manufacturing excellence through process optimization cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making. You will support product quality cost reduction and production efficiency by ensuring seamless integration across various departments.
Areas of Responsibility
- Analyze and evaluate current manufacturing processes to identify and implement opportunities for improvement in efficiency cost reduction and product quality.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering Manufacturing Quality Procurement and others to align manufacturing strategies and drive operational excellence.
- Manage production data to ensure accuracy consistency and availability across all stakeholders supporting informed decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate Manufacturing Engineering (ME) and Drawing sign-offs to validate and approve designs and processes before production.
- Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues using structured problem-solving methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and 5 Whys.
- Develop maintain and update comprehensive documentation of manufacturing processes workflows work instructions and best practices.
- Support the implementation and optimization of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools to enhance production visibility and control.
- Utilize platforms such as3DExperience particularlyDELMIAandENOVIA for manufacturing planning process management and collaboration across teams.
Knowledge / Experience/Competency
- Bachelor's Degree inAeronautical Engineeringor a related engineering discipline.
- 4–5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a closely related role within industries such as aerospace automotive electronics or other high-tech manufacturing sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes lean manufacturing principles tools and technologies.
- Hands-on experience withManufacturing Execution Systems (MES)andProduct Lifecycle Management (PLM)tools.
- Proficiency with the3DExperience Platformfor manufacturing operations andproduct data management and collaboration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative cross-functional team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
